I am currently training for 3 Ironman events this year. As you can imagine this takes up a lot of time and I train most days. I started Triathlon about 2 years ago and have caught the Tri Bug and can’t get enough! This fits in brilliantly with running Titan Personal Training and I learn a lot of great tips which I share with my clients to help their progression.
